Labels (Tutorial)

Hello All!!!
I know it's been a while since the last time I updated the blog, however many things have been going on in my FB Page.

Golden Demon UK is just around the corner and this is the period of the year when we are all stressed trying to finish our entries, and trying to find a good idea to give them that extra boost to make them stand up from the rest of the competitors.

One good option (that I always choose for my entries) is to put some kind of title label in the base to establish a background for the entry.
During the last years many people have asked me how I prepare the labels, so now I have done a simple tutorial to share with you :-)

W40K Cosplay

In the last couple of weeks I have discovered in the Net some examples of people/groups that have created real size space marine suits.

The first one is a stunning Imperial Fist Terminator from the Roses & Boltshells team.
Here you have their FB page and tons of pics.

The second example, that I just discovered this morning, is an incredible Blood Angel MK7 Space Marine Suit. In the page linked you can find also some amazing videos and many photos.

And the Crystal Brush 2013 winner is...

Colaborando con Laserburn (in Spanish only, sorry guys...)

Tengo el orgullo de informaros que voy a comenzar a colaborar con mis amigos del blog de Laserburn en una nueva sección de preguntas y respuestas sobre pintado de figuras.

Fixing mistakes / Corrigiendo errores

We all make mistakes. It is a human thing.
What to do when this happens? Accept it, fix it and keep going...

And this applies as well to figure painting.
But... before fixing it, make sure you are calm and not overwhelmed by the mistake.

Todos cometemos errores. Es humano.
¿Y qué hemos de hacer cuando esto sucede? Aceptarlo, repararlo y tirar para adelante...

Y esto es también aplicable a la pintura de figuras.
Pero... antes de reparar el entuerto, hemos de asegurarnos de estar tranquilos y no sobrepasados por el error.
